I would like to thank you for your professionalism and your staff for their care and attention for my mother over the last 6 years.

Both myself and my Mum want to thank you and your team so much for your time, patience,  help, support and flexibility and with the exception of her admittence to hospital, saw the old Mum we know and love with the daily visits from your wonderful care team. 

Where have the last 4 years gone?! It has been the most enjoyable years of my working career, very different from my previous jobs, but a great privlege to work alongside a dedicated team in the office and all the carers. The customers we look after are a constant inspiration to give more and be creative in the support we give. I genuinely look forward to going to work every day. 

Thanks again for all the help with Mum and the fantastic rehab your service has done. Mum is progressing and would like to cut down her hours of care, she appears capable of getting out and about by herself again.

You are the best company I ever worked for. You really care about your employees and you really care for the customers. Everybody is doing their best and I am very proud to be part of the team!

You used to provide care for my Dad, Bob for the 6 months or so before he died in April 2017.  I was so glad I was referred to you when I was desperate to get care for Dad.  I will never forget the time I had a really bad evening with Dad. I admit I was panicking because I didn’t know what to do and you arranged for someone to come out early specially to help me. I would never have coped without your help.  I always recommended you to others.

The carers we so brilliant, I hope they are OK.  I can’t imagine how difficult it must be for you at the moment but I just wanted to let you know you’ve not been forgotten even though it was three years ago since you looked after Dad.
