👩🏻‍💼Meet Helena, our new Care Manager! 👩🏻‍💼

Helena Wainman has recently been promoted to Care Manager, having joined us in 2021 as an experienced Care Supervisor

Bluebird Care Solihull and Birmingham West are excited to announce the appointment of Helena Wainman as our new Care Manager.

Helena has over 8 years’ experience in the care sector working across a variety of roles and joined us in 2021 as an experienced Care Supervisor. In that time she has supported our customers and care team, ensuring we provide quality care in the field.

She holds her NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and is working towards her QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care. She also holds Train the Trainer in Medication Administration and Moving and Positioning and is a fully qualified first aider and mental health first aider.

Helena said: “I’m very excited to take on this new role with Bluebird Care Solihull and Birmingham West. I have a real passion for delivering quality care to our customers and supporting our care team in the amazing work they do. I want to enable our customers to lead a happy and fulfilling life in the comfort of their own homes.”
