“Hello!  My name is Veera and I am a Bluebird Care Birmingham East and North’s resident office dog. I regularly pop by to see how everyone is, and make sure people are happy while doing work.  I love back scratches and I am known for fun, loving, and affectionate nature. I am still a baby and I get excited about everyone who visits the office. I love to be involved in everything that the office team does and sometime relax the team who are busy doing their work at their desks.”

Veera is a cute maltipoo, Maltipoo is a popular cross of the Maltese and Poodle, known for their fun-loving and affectionate nature. Active and charming. Veera is being trained to be Pet Therapy dog and soon we will see him in action and will be ready to visit our customers in their own homes to offer them support with lots of cuddles, stroking and even walks if the customer is able to.

Animal-assisted therapy improves customers’ mental, physical, social and emotional functioning with the aid of animals. Much more than simply spending time with an animal, animal-assisted therapies can include walking, brushing, petting and caring for an animal, as well as processing the experience of trying to achieve a given task.
