Summary Report

How did we do?

Our annual customer surveys were sent out in Feb 2021 and we are pleased to have received just over 80% response rate. We are delighted with the feedback from the customers who we support, and the overall opinion suggests that we are providing and maintaining a good quality service.

Customers comments included:

“All staffs are very Polite and caring”

“They all show kindness and concern, nothing is too much trouble. Office contacts are very friendly”

“Happy with the service provided”

“Service is what I want”

“Excellent”

“The carers are always pleasant and ready for a chat. They are very willing to do what I need and want”

 

The results are represented in a graphical format.

  • 100% of our customers are satisfied with the service they receive from Bluebird Care
  • 100% of our customers have confirmed all tasks on the care plan completed at each visit
  • 100% of our customers have confirmed that staffs treat you them with respect and politeness
  • 100% of our customers have confirmed tasks carried out properly and professionally

What can we improve?

We are always looking at ways on how we can improve our service, receiving feedback from our customer is vital in helping us achieve this.

  • 55% of our customers have stated that they would like to be informed about the change in Carer. We are currently working on this and would improve.
  • 20% of our customers have informed that they would like to know if a carer is arriving late. Staffs are not usually late as ample amount of travel time is given between calls. Lateness may be due to traffic of held up in the previous care call. We are looking at this.
