Huge congratulations to Joanne who has completed her registration and is now our Registered Care Manager for “Birmingham East” Branch

Joanne started at Bluebird Care as a Care Manager. Using our very successful career pathway Joanne is currently studying her for her Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care.

Joanne’s Comments on becoming a Registered Manager “Since starting work at Bluebird Care back in June 2019 I have enjoyed developing relationships with both the customers that we care for and their families as well as all of the carers. I am proud to be part of a business that strives to provide the highest standard of care to the people we serve and being part of a team that are consistent in delivering a high standard of care that the customers deserve.
I would like to thank Sue and Suresh for giving me their full support and the opportunity to become the Registered Manager of Bluebird Care Birmingham East and also thanks to Charlotte who has worked very closely with me through a very busy time and keeping everything so well coordinated.
I look forward to seeing the business grow and taking on new challenges ensuring that the Bluebird Brand will continue to gain a High reputation with the help of all of the wonderful hard-working team of carers.'
