A thank you goes a long way

What a lovely surprise for our Operations Manager when flowers were given from Care Assistants to show their appreciation.

At the recent Bluebird Care Birmingham North Team meeting, the Care Assistants surprised our Operations Manager with Flowers and a Thank You card, for supporting them.  Operations Manager Maxine was overwhelmed 'It means alot to me to have happy staff and for them always to know I am here to assist and to listen'.  'Our Carers are at the heart of our business, so it was such a lovely suprise for them to show their appreciation'.
