We value the excellent work of our community team who do a fantastic job in supporting our customers and carry out bi-annual surveys to give them an opportunity to share their views of how we are doing.

We are pleased to announce that our latest Care Assistant survey indicates very positive results, with 100% of respondents indicating that they enjoy their role with Bluebird Care and would recommend Bluebird Care to a friend.

In addition, 100% of respondents indicated that they feel supported in their role and work with a team who are polite and respectful.

Having established Bluebird Care Birmingham East a little over one year ago, I have to confess to feeing extraordinarily proud by the general findings of the survey. It is a testament to the efforts of the outstanding work from all the staff who believes, just like me, that if you are going to do something then you should do it to the best of your ability.
