Anniversaries at our Office

We gave away Certificates and Chocolate boxes to the staffs who had their anniversaries. We took some time to catch up with them to say thank you for everything that they do!

Joanne completed her 1 Year with us, during this year she has developed significantly, taking on new responsibilities and challenges including getting promoted from Care Manager to Registered Manager for Birmingham East and North. She is working hard towards her Level 5 Diploma in leadership in Health and Social Care.

Joanne has some nice words for us “I joined Bluebird care East just over a year ago, in this short time the business has grown.  During this year we were rated Good in the CQC Audit and I have proudly become the registered manager for Birmingham East and North branches and I am very proud to see how much the how team has developed and grown, These last few months have been very challenging due to the Covid 19 pandemic, Our team has risen to the challenge, managing to keep all of our customers safe and well  as well as their selves and their families. I look forward to seeing the company grow further and continue to provide the best care possible for all of our customers.”

Saima completed her 1 Year with us and she said “It is lovely that our work is well recognised. Thanks bluebird”

Nassrat Completed her 1 year with us and she said “This certificate is given to me as a recognition of the hard work we have done and how well we all work as a team to achieve the best care for our clients at all times”

Amanda Completed her 1 year with us and she said “It's been a pleasure working for Bluebird Care for the last year i am enjoying my job role. All staff very friendly & communication excellent from office staff. Thank you all for your kindness”

Farkhanda and Charlotte completed 2 years with us. Both were given their service badges along with the Certificate and the Box of Chocolate.
