As part of continues improvement process we recently analysed our annual Staff survey results, which went out this July and we are thrilled to announce that the results were overwhelmingly positive.

100% of our respondents said they enjoy working for Bluebird Care Birmingham East, which we were thrilled to hear and 100% also said they would recommend us to a friend,
