📅 13th September 2025 – Fundraising Hike in Support of Those Living with Life-Changing Conditions
We’re excited to share that three members of our Bluebird Care family – Jayden, Carmine, and Daniella – will be taking on a mighty challenge this September as part of a joint initiative with other Bluebird Care branches. 💙
On Friday 13th September, our team will be hiking up Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), taking on the climb via the PYG track and descending the Miners’ Path. 🏔️ It’s a tough journey, but one we’re proud to make in support of something close to our hearts.
This trek is all about recognising the incredible work our care teams do every single day 👏 – and raising vital funds to support those living with life-changing conditions. 💪
You are the real heroes – we’re just strapping on our boots (and hoping not to fall off a mountain) to say thank you and raise a little extra to help fight this disease. 🙏
