As part of their induction and development, our new carers recently took part in Basic Life Support training ❤️🩹, helping them build the knowledge and confidence needed to respond appropriately in emergency situations.
The training covered essential practical skills, including recognising when someone may need urgent support and understanding the appropriate steps to take when responding to an emergency 🚑.
Providing high-quality care means making sure our carers have the right knowledge, skills and confidence to support our customers safely. Regular training and development 📚 help our team continue to grow and maintain the high standards we expect.
