We had a lovely surprise in the office today when one of our wonderful carers, Rachel, popped in with biscuits for the team.
It’s gestures like this that truly reflect the kindness and thoughtfulness within our team. While our carers spend their days supporting and caring for others, it’s always so special to see that same care shared amongst colleagues.
The biscuits certainly didn’t last long, but the appreciation did!
A big thank you to Rachel for brightening everyone’s day, it’s these small acts of kindness that make such a difference and remind us what a fantastic team we have.
