Bluebird Care Bexley is delighted to introduce Electronic Care Planning & Care Notes System in Bexley


We are extremely pleased to introduce a new system of technology in Bexley “The Pass System” from Easy life Technology. This exciting new innovation allows our care worker to have instant access to up to date information involving our customers care and support plan via their mobile phone supplied by Bluebird Care.
This reduces the amount of paper records including manual recording of medication which will ensure our care workers have the right information at all times. As the information is ‘live’, this means our office can easily update our customer’s individual care and support plan when needed or perhaps if they have a change in their medication our office can update this information which their care worker will be able to see straight away.
The system marks a substantial improvement in homecare and should mean we are able to provide even better support for our customers. Additional benefit is that our management team would have full knowledge and live data of all care and medication provided in the community as well as the result of the care notes.
The director Roland Tandoh said;

Our main challenges are not being able to communicate instantly both with the customer and the care workers whilst they are working within the community.  With the introduction of this exciting system, we have nothing to worry about as our management team would now be receiving a live data of our customers care and support outcome.
