Bluebird Care Bexley is proud to be the first homecare provider in the Bexley area to invest in a mobile monitoring solution, iConnect, from Advanced Heath & Care to improve the way it manages home care workers in the Bexley area.

News-MobileMonitoring.jpgiConnect delivers real-time task lists and data to care workers via their mobile phones and records their actual arrival and departure times at customers’ homes using near-field communication (NFC) technology.

All our care workers are now equipped with a touchscreen Samsung mobile phone to enable our office keep care workers informed about changes to their rotas, ensure care workers know about the customer requirements and check that care workers arrive punctually, so that Bluebird Care can be sure that customers are being looked after and that the care worker is safe.       

The introduction of this technology has been acknowledged and widely welcomed by Bexley Council and Bexley Care Trust.
