Roland has many years of experience providing high quality professional services to demanding business customers and has held a number of challenging and senior managerial roles in the last 15 years. Together with the support and experience of the Bluebird Care franchisor, Roland is determined to harness his expertise in management and his remarkable experience in customer service into providing comprehensive and very high quality care service to the Bexley Community.

Roland prides himself in having a strong work ethic with exceptional standards. He genuinely believes in Bluebird Care's ethos of providing "Good Old Fashioned Service." where the customer comes first and is given value for money service.

In addition to his professional responsibilities, Roland is a member of both Bexley Business club and the South East London Chamber of Commerce. He is a husband of more than 10 years to his wife Rosemary, and a father to two young children.

We are proud to serve the Bexley Community and we take our commitment to the people of Bexley very seriously. We work hard to put people, processes and practices into place to ensure a better care for the people. Our long term strategy is to build a positive environment for all our employees in order to build a sense of community and teamwork which brings everyone together and leads to happier, more productive employees.
