Congratulation's Becky and Gemma on your promotions!

Congratulations to Becky who has been promoted to trainee field supervisor and to Gemma who has been promoted to care mentor.

As part of our commitment to guide and mentor our people to enable them to deliver the very highest standards of care and support and to develop them as part of their career journey we always seek to promote staff from within the business.

We are very pleased to welcome Becky Collins to our management team. Becky has been promoted to trainee field supervisor and will be taking over Amanda’s duties whilst she is on maternity leave. Becky has been with Bluebird Care Bedford since October 2015 and has proven to be very caring and skilled and we look forward to her joining the office staff on Monday 20th June. Becky is currently completing her Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.

We are also very pleased to announce that Gemma Hodge has been promoted to care mentor. Since joining us in June 2015 Gemma has demonstrated a keen interest in supporting new members of the team. Gemma’s role as care mentor will be to support and provide guidance for our probationary care assistants as they carry out their work so they feel confident and understand how to improve their care skills.
