S.T.A.R. stands for S – Service to Customers, T – Team Work, A – Availability, R - Reliability

The STAR awards are based upon customer, supervisor and colleague feedback. And are awarded for achieving all four criteria and for going above & beyond their duties with customers and to help out other members of staff.

Our latest STAR’s are Lorraine Sherif and Denise Carr.

Congratulations to them and a big thank you for their continued hard work.

A special mention also goes to Bev Auty who was awarded with an Outstanding Achievement award in March for her continued hard work and dedication to our customers and to Bluebird Care, she also celebrated completing one year of service with us. Well done Bev!
