Bluebird Care Bedford Welcomes Back Tara

Welcome Back!
We are delighted that Tara Holden, one of our previous Care Assistants, has decided to come back to Bluebird Care (Bedford) and has accepted a new role as trainee field supervisor!
Tara first joined Bluebird Care (Bedford) in June 2015. Tara had previously working in accounting and never working social care before. She joined us wanting to do something new and something where she could help others. Tara worked hard and quickly became an integral part of the team., often helping her colleagues and going above and beyond for our customers.
At the beginning of June 2018 Tara left us to go back to her previous career. She however, realised that she loved working in adult social care really missed our customers and her colleagues. Tara re-joined the team on Monday 3rd September in her new role as Trainee Field Supervisor.
She is now currently training for her new duties with our supervisor and management team, but will still be out in the community supporting and caring for our customers.
We are delighted to have her back and we hope she enjoys her new role!
