We are very pleased to announce that Bev Auty has been promoted to Mental Health Champion.
Bev has been with Bluebird Care Bedford since March 2014. Bev was completely new to the care industry when she joined us, having previously worked in a customer service role for most of her working life. Bev took to her new role very quickly and has become an integral part of the team by mentoring new members of staff and being someone everyone can rely upon. Some of the work she has been doing with our customers has been in mental health and this is an area that Bev has a real passion for.
Her new role will see her continuing to support and mentor new members of staff, she will also be contributing towards mental health training and awareness as well as supporting the management team.
