Sketch of a Carer

One of our customers has always had an interest in art, so she decided to take her inspiration from one of our Carers

All of our customers recieve care as a way to enrich their lives. Some require personal care, while others require help with medications or their nutrition & hydration, others just want some companionship.

Our customer Anne recieves weekly care visits from our Carers and usually the plan is to take her out and about, to get some fresh air and just enjoy some time with our carers, encouraging her to socialise. However, due to Covid - 19 many of our customers have not been leaving their homes, and this has been the case for Anne most weeks; so this week Anne decided to explore her love of drawing again.

Anne's inspiration for this sketch is her Carer Jenny, and as you can see from the attached sketch, it definitely resembles that of a Carer. Jenny asked Anne if she was allowed to share, and Anne was more than happy for us to.
