Take a read of this compliment, it left us absolutelty beaming with happiness, as it really means a lot to us to be able to assist a family so much. This compliment was recieved from the son, as his parents have been struggling on their own in recent months and they were very relucant to accept care in the beginning.

As with all our customers, our supervisors are incredibly involved in their packages of care, to ensure that the customers always have up to date care plans and to deal with any issues/anxieties that can arise - especially to those who haven't had care from an external company before. Our Supervisor Jodie has been absolutely brilliant in ensuring that the transition into care for these customers ran as smoothly as possible; as you can read, the Dad was not happy with the introdcution of a medication safe, so Jodie assisted with the issues he had with the medication safe and reassured him - this made him feel so much happier.

The compliment really speaks for itself, however we feel the last line really puts into perspective what we aim to achieve when we provide care to our customers.
