Now implemented for Bluebird Care (Barking & Dagenham) care workers

The need for care workers to carry around paper rosters for customer to sign to prove care workers’ attendance, has been eliminated by using our new Call Logging System.

Anneka Hammond, Director of Bluebird Care (Barking & Dagenham) says

The use of call logging will help improve efficiencies and provide us with greater transparency around care delivery. We’ll know exactly when our care workers arrive and leave customers’ homes.”

The benefits to customers of call logging include improved visibility around care worker visits. If care workers are running late, for example, the customers and their families will be able to be notified in a timelier manner, providing reassurance.
