Bluebird Care is celebrating the positive impact their dedicated team of care assistants make every day across the UK, as part of a national drive which launched on Monday 6th February 2023.
The more than just a career in care campaign, steered by the Bluebird Care franchise support centre, is supported by a national TV advert and over the next few months the brand will be sharing some outstanding care assistants’ stories and the journey they have been on. The purpose of the campaign is to highlight the benefits of a career in care, but more importantly how the Bluebird Care values and ethos are so much more than just a career in care.
With an increasing ageing population and more people choosing to opt for care at home, there is a huge demand for naturally caring individuals to join the care sector. The national campaign aims to showcase the benefits of a career in care and assist with the attraction, recruitment, and retention of care assistants at a local level, who are naturally kind and compassionate individuals, keen to make a real difference.
