Wellness Wednesday took a delicious turn last week in Ayrshire, as our team swapped their usual routines for a fun and flavour-packed cooking session led by Natalie.
Bringing everyone together in the kitchen, Natalie guided staff step-by-step through creating a vibrant, crispy tofu and rice noodle dish. The session was full of energy from the start, with plenty of laughs, conversation, and a shared sense of excitement as ingredients came together.

The dish itself was as nourishing as it was tasty — packed with fresh flavours and plenty of brain-boosting goodness to keep everyone feeling their best. Ingredients included firm tofu, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, rice noodles, spinach, ginger, garlic, chilli, and soy sauce—creating a colourful and aromatic meal that was a hit with everyone involved.
As the team cooked side by side, the session offered more than just a chance to learn new skills. It created space to unwind, connect, and enjoy a well-deserved midweek reset. Taking time out in this way is a key part of our wellbeing approach, helping to support both physical and mental health across the team.
Of course, the highlight of the session was sitting down together to enjoy the finished dish. The crispy tofu paired perfectly with the fresh vegetables and noodles, delivering a satisfying and flavourful result that everyone could be proud of.
