I just wanted to pass on my thanks to your team for the care they gave one of our patients. After she passed away, the carers continued to visit for the rest of the day and offered support to her husband. That was above and beyond the duty of care, and showed real compassion from everyone visiting. They were quick to help with whatever was needed, including taking medications to the pharmacy. Thank you again to your team and to the carers who looked after her.
