Bluebird Care Alton, Petersfield & Havant is delighted to have received an outstanding rating from the industry regulator the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
This is the highest accolade that the CQC award, and places Bluebird Care Alton, Petersfield & Havant in the top 2% of home care companies across the whole of England.
The CQC is the independent regulator of Health and Social Care in England. They inspect and regulate all care services, including GP practices, hospitals and dentists, to make sure they meet fundamental standards of quality and safety.
The CQC inspector said:
Staff demonstrated exceptional standards of kindness and compassion, and there was a clear commitment to building trusting and caring relationships with people to enhance their lives as much as possible.
There was a distinctive culture within the service which promoted clear values and a commitment to provide high quality care. The values and ethos of the service were embedded in the day to day running of the service and all staff were motivated in their roles. Robust quality assurance checks were in place to monitor the service and drive improvement.
People were supported to stay safe in their own homes and appropriate safeguarding procedures were in place to protect people from the risk of abuse.
