Bluebird Care Alton, Petersfield & Havant is working in partnership with Badgerswood Surgery, East Hampshire Primary Care Network, Ramblers Wellbeing Walks, and Energise Me to host a welcoming community walk at Hogmoor Inclosure. 

We're encouraging people of all ages to be more active and enjoy the many physical and mental benefits that come from spending time outdoors, and we'd love you to join us.

What to expect

Our Hogmoor Community Walk is an easy 30-minute stroll, perfect for families, individuals, and anyone with additional needs (including those with SEND). It's relaxed, open to everyone, and you can go at your own pace in the lovely surroundings of the wooded heath.

Whether you join us for the full walk or simply come along to enjoy the company, the aim is to create a space where people can meet others, share experiences, and feel part of the community.

There's no need to book a place, just turn up on the day and enjoy the warm welcome.

When: 10:00-12:00 on Tuesday 26th May 2026

Where: Hogmoor Inclosure, Hogmoor Rd, Bordon, GU35 9HN

Afterwards

After the walk, everyone is invited to join us for tea or coffee at Café Hogmoor, which is a great spot to sit and chat, while continuing to enjoy the peaceful setting.
