Katie is passionate about delivering exceptional care to the people of Wirral.

She incredibly proud of our dedicated staff here at Bluebird and believes that to offer exceptional care, we should equally offer exceptional working conditions with great rates of pay, great communication, good humour and clear pathways for developing your career in whichever direction you wish.

Katie has 20 years experience in our care sector in a number of roles from Community carer to registered Manager and everything inbetween, it is clear her passion is Care.

This is Donna our Care Manager, 

Donna has day to day responsibility for all our operations including Customer and staff support.

Donna is a passionate care manager with over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She began her career as a care assistant, providing direct care to individuals and residents in a variety of settings, including, nursing homes, and assisted living communities. Donna quickly demonstrated her natural aptitude for caregiving, and she was soon promoted to the role of team leader. In this role, she was responsible for overseeing the work of other care assistants and ensuring that every individual received the highest quality of care.

Donna's dedication to her work and her commitment to providing compassionate care earned her the respect of her colleagues and the people she cared for alike. She was known for her ability to build strong relationships with residents and their families, and she was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that everyone's needs were met.

Donna belives in delivering the highest standard quality care to our customers and is passionate about Care being a career for our Team.

Tracy has been a valued member of our team since July of 2017 and has progressed from carer to care Suppervisor and gaining her level 3 Qualification in health and social care

Tracy is a conscientious and organised person with a cool head. Tracy’s background is in child care but she has transferred her skills and knowledge to her present role and is a great part of our fabulous team here at Bluebird Wirral.

I was welcomed to Bluebird Care Wirral in 2015 and have never looked back!

Jacky is in her 13th Year here at Bluebird Care Wirral!!
