My name is Sam and I work in the Community Palliative Response Team at Thames Hospice in Bray. This afternoon, I was called out to visit one of our patients, along with Emma, one of our Staff Nurses. Our Patient had sadly passed away a short time previously. She was in the care of your three amazing Care Assistants – Emma, Shannon and Paige. Emma and I were in awe of the care given by the ladies. Their compassion, care and attention to detail, was beautiful. We just wanted to share this with you, and to say Thank You to the ladies, it was a pleasure to meet them and work alongside them today. Please pass this on to them, it is not every day that we witness care given to this exceptional standard.

All my carers are really lovely and friendly. I have got to know my regulars really well, I am really happy with the service and care.
Most of the staff (carers) are excellent and are very good at their job. They are polite and well mannered and most very efficient.
My wife needed some home care, following discharge from hospital after a spine operation, Bluebird care was suggested. From the start the service provider has been outstanding, meeting all our needs and expectations. The care plan was implemented at short notice. All the carers have been most pleasant. They all had the right attitude to their duties and responsibilities and invariably left my wife more cheerful.
I would recommend the Bluebird Care team as they are very professional. A care plan is made and they stick to it. Always on time. You can call them at any time. If you need something changed it's done straight away. Care team very happy people. I would use them again.
