I only have positive feedback from working with yourselves; Supervisors and carers alike.  You appear to take complex situations in your stride and it is easy to work with you, to ensure the needs of your clients are met.  I feel that you all have the wishes of the client at the forefront of your work but understand and work with me when there is conflict between what the person wants and what is appropriate and safe for them.

KH (Carer)has been supporting East and South East Adult Community Mental health Team with a comprehensive package of care delivery to one of our SU. KiH has successfully managed to maintain a therapeutic relationship with this service user when they started to become unwell mentally and disengaged with other professionals. She has consistently demonstrated excellent communications with the commissioning team ensuring all relevant information sharing has been facilitated between all professionals and agencies involved.  I am delighted to say that it has been a pleasure working with such highly  professional carer. KH demonstrates initiative and delivers care from a person centred approach. She is accredit to her profession and ACMHs will be looking forward to joint working with her and Blue Bird care in the future.

I cannot express my gratitude to both you and my mother's carers. You have all been considerate, caring and supportive of my mother whilst she has been adjusting to needing care. 

You are enabling my mother to remain independent and to keep her self respect.

This is invaluable for me as her daughter who lives over 100 miles away, to know that she is being cared for so well and I appreciate my being continually informed of her wellbeing. This gives me peace of mind in this new phase of my mother's care.

We are very happy with the service. The carers are always highly respectful and caring towards PR and go the extra mile. They take time to talk with her and find out her views, they notice when things need doing, they communicate with the family. I would say they are all very dedicated to giving an excellent service and care about their work and those they care for. They are always highly professional and communicate openly and honestly.  The regular reviews give a good chance to talk about any changes to care needs.   

I know PR looks forward to seeing her carers and it gives us peace of mind to know that she is being supported to live where she wants to be. Her quality of life is thanks to their dedication. We would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Bluebird to others.   

We would like to thank you and acknowledge you all for the care and going the extra mile looking after our Dad, XXXXXXX XXXXXXX. Over the last couple of year without you we would not be able to give Dad the care he needed, you have made a big difference to all our lives. Thank you all so much.
