I have worked at Bluebird Care since January. I absolutely love my job, the staff are approachable and supportive, and I enjoy my time spent with our lovely clients. It is a very rewarding job. Bluebird Care have been fantastic with their flexibility, which I am greatly appreciative of. Bluebird Care offered lots of shadowing shifts until I felt comfortable to work alone, another plus! The training Bluebird Care provides is thorough, and I have expanded my knowledge on completing my training. Iām proud to work for such a great care company.

The carers are so very friendly and pleasant, they make me feel comfortable when they support me. They are always happy, if they are having a bad day they certainly don't show it!
