I am emailing regarding my visit this morning to PW with carers Nina and Sharon.

I just want to start this email with a compliment. Nina and Sharon were fantastic with PW, they have clearly built up an excellent rapport with him and know him very well. The care and compassion that Nina and Sharon showed towards PW was to such a high standard, it was great to see. I was very impressed with how Nina and Sharon prompted PW, encouraging him to do as much as possible independently. As an OT, we aim to promote independence so it was fantastic to see your carers do this as I’m sure you know, feeling a sense of achievement, independence and purpose is so important to the adults we work with. It was lovely to meet Nina and Sharon and it was very refreshing to see your carers care so much about the adult.

Occupational Therapst

Natasha Quorn and Melissa Murphy always go above and beyond for Mum. They go out of their way everytime to make sure she gets the care she needs, and more!

​Mum lights up when she sees them, and is always said when she lives because she has such a good time with them.

I don't know how we would have managed without your care workers. Not only did they care for Dad, but for me too. Every one of them was professional and caring and kind and completely trustworthy. I felt complete confidence in the care they gave to him.

Our Bluebird care workers were unfailingly attentive, compassionate and gentle. Mum really felt that she received a personal service. I truly do not know what I would have done without your caring support and assistance and wish you all the best for the future.

Harriot Burgess covered my usual carer today to do my washing/shopping visit. She was lovely, very efficient and professional.

Mel Rodrigues is a truly wonderful carer, she does the job because she loves it. Whenever I know it is Mel looking after Dad, I have absolutely no worries and can relax.

​She puts her all into looking after Dad and they have a great friendship. We don't know what we would do without her.
