We would like to say how impressed we have been and continues to be with the care plan, itself conveys in such an understanding and depth of information that I am very impressed with and my father was moved by the fact that it was written in the 1st person, putting our mum at the centre of her own care as we haven't come across this before.  The supervisor was very engaging and had excellent listening and communication skills which are important as dad can be very critical but he has not found any faults with regards to the care mum has received.  It has been difficult for me to let go as I want the best for mum and have been providing care for her, brilliant service.
