My Bluebird Care care worker always talks me through everything she is going to assist me with, she gives me advice and pain relief when i need it. What can i say, I didnt realise how much I needed their help, the office are there for support 24/7.

The Care Assistants go off and do other things such as make the bed and a cup of tea whilst I am using the bathroom. That is very helpful and allows me to relax, knowing I am being treated with dignity and respect.
