We are thrilled to announce that the Care Quality Commission (CQC) have awarded Bluebird Care South Bucks, South Wycombe and Slough the highest possible rating of overall ‘Outstanding’.
We are thrilled to announce that the Care Quality Commission (CQC) have awarded Bluebird Care South Bucks, South Wycombe and Slough the highest possible rating of overall ‘Outstanding’.The CQC are an independent regulator of health and social care services in England who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.
Bluebird Care South Bucks, South Wycombe and Slough received an overall rating of Outstanding, following a CQC inspection on 31st August 2017. The services delivered were rated ‘Outstanding’ in 2 of the 5 key areas; caring’ and ‘well-led’. They were rated as ‘Good’ in the other 3 areas; ‘safe’, ‘effective’ and ‘responsive’.
Customers and staff were interviewed by the inspector for their observations on what it is like to receive a service from Bluebird Care South Bucks, South Wycombe and Slough and what it is like to work there.

Bluebird has consistently provided well-above standard care. Carers are kind, considerate and professional, plus Bluebird management have invited clients to annual social events free of additional cost where we have been well hosted and entertained. Above and beyond [the] norm.
I was particularly impressed when a different care worker was allocated. On each occasion, the area supervisor came as well to introduce the newcomer. This demonstrated to me great attention to detail.
I am extremely happy and pleased to be part of [this] family. I feel that our customers are at the centre of our everyday work. Our services are focused on their needs, always taking into account their wishes, preferences and feelings. As a member of staff I feel very appreciated.
