Inspire AwardsBluebird Care were pipped to the post by eventual winners Npower for the 'Best Compliance Initiative' award. As Judge Laura Overton said about Npower in her tweet congratulating them on their win,"...moving from tick box to behaviour outputs", this award seeks to recognise organisations who aim to engage employees with the importance of compliance not only in terms of satisfying regulation but also to bring about the very best organisational behaviour by engaging staff with the meaning behind the process and how this impacts on everyone's day to day roles.

Bluebird Care's director of operations, Fiona Williams, said:
"Naturally we are all disappointed not to win this year particularly as our team continue to work incredibly hard on training, support and career development for everyone across our organisation. This is a very important awards ceremony for Bluebird Care because we believe passionately in ensuring our staff have the very best learning materials and support systems available to them at all times. We are delighted, however, to be nominated for the 'Best Compliance Initiative' award and I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate Npower on their success and also the Bluebird Care team for continuing to perform at the very highest level in our sector."
