We are continually investing in innovation and technology to support our customers, staff and the development of the Bluebird Care businesses. The PASSsystem was developed to improve the care planning & notes system and offers real time information to the local care team providing care, and to authorised family members, carers and friends. This improves the quality of care our businesses can provide, by fully addressing and reacting to the needs of our customers as they happen.

Those shortlisted in the innovation category had to demonstrate that they have innovative policies and practices, helping our businesses to grow and improve.
