Hello George,
Just a quick note to say I think the week has gone really well with Lavender and Rachael. They have transformed the quality of my week, and Mum seems more settled. Thankyou for all the effort you Fiona, Lavender and Rachael have put into this. I am finishing this week with far more energy and hope.
Also I would like to Thank you particularly for listening to each of the 3 of us, providing wise guidance, and helping us on our individual journeys.
I just wanted to thank you ALL, Office staff and Carers, for all the help and support that I received over the last harrowing 14-16 months of my wife's illness.
I would never have believed that the effort you people put in, it is truly tremendous. Keeping me informed and ensuring that carers were always available, is a task that needs thought and good planning; you never failed me.
As for the carers, wow! What a really first-class bunch of girls you have recruited. Not once did I have cause for concern, they all behaved in a most professional way, respected my house, and above all, gave my wife, Josie, the best care anybody could wish for, not only that, they ensured I was not allowed to descend into a weeping mess on occasions, they are all angels. every one of them.
I am grateful for the sympathy cards that the carers and the office staff sent and was overcome by the sight of so many carers at my wife's funeral. They had taken time out to show their respects for which I shall be eternally grateful and forever remember.
One thing I learned from all these past months is that despite all the bad news, there is still a huge amount of love in the world.

I just wanted to mention how Kerry and Rachel are doing such an amazing job with dad. I’m surprised he has accepted them going in and caring for him because he’s always been against anyone going in in the past. Dad had a few bad days and Rachel pulled out all the stops to make him comfortable and Kerry is on the end of the phone when she’s off so they are really amazing girls who dad is always praising. They both do such an amazing job caring for him and he looks forward to their visits. This is a huge relief for me being so far away. Huge brownie points to both of them.
Special thanks to all the carers from Bluebird who made my husband comfortable and smile.
To all at Bluebird - a big thank you for your condolences card, so nice of you. Also a big thank you to Sophie, Jess N, Vicki and Jess C for the loving care they showed my friend in her last few days. To Hayley, Amy and Jess F - A huge thanks for being so caring on her last day.

Many thanks for all your help in caring for mum - I could not have wished for a better company to help care for her at home. You are all so caring and compassionate in the services that you provide. I would highly recommend your company to anyone in need of the services you supply.
Once again we'd like to thank all at Bluebird for the wonderful care and understanding given to my wife over the past few days. All the problems with timings and transport to and from hospital were dealt with so cheerfully and efficiently that it's eased her trauma's very considerably.
You are a wonderful team of carers who really CARE, from both the office and the care teams. My wife really appreciates all you do for herand actually looks forward to your visits, and from my point of view the office staff are a joy to work with - what a super team!
