Meet the team

I am delighted to be supporting our community, it is the best feeling to know we are making a positive difference to our customers lives. Having been through a challenging time with my own Grandmother who had dementia, we felt we had no choice but to put her in a Care home.  This is why it's so important to me to make our community aware, we are here to support your loved ones in the comfort of their own home, to be able to keep them in their familiar space they know and love, for as long as possible.

Justine joins Bluebird Care,  with a wealth of experience in Health and Social care of 20 years.

Over the last 6 years, she has worked as a Registered and Deputy manager and has previously been a qualified, as a Moving and Handling instructor.

Justine is extremely passionate about providing Quality care, the rewarding aspect of the job as kept Justine in care over the years.

Outside of work she loves to spend quality time with her family, and dog Shana. Justine loves socialising with family and friends, she also enjoy’s horse riding as a hobby, she previously owned horses of her own.

Hannah has joined the management team as a Field Care Supervisor, Hannah has several years of experience in care.  In her previous role as a Care Supervisor, Hannah enjoyed regularly catching up with all of her team, she is passionate about delivering quality care.

In her spare time Hannah , enjoy taking her two Golden Retrievers for a walk, she also enjoys going to the Gym and spending time with her Boyfriend & Friends.

Hannah particularly like to indulge in crime documentaries.

Natalia joined our team in November 2023. She comes with 10 years of experience in care, she has joined us as a Field Care Supervisor. Natalia previously worked in a care home as a deputy manager. Natalia likes dancing and travelling in her spare time. Her favorite pass time is being able to visit family and friends in Poland.
