When you were arranging care in the community the community team were not able to pick up the care and you arranged for most of the care to be delivered by Bluebird Care, based in Horsforth. I would like you to know that this team were fantastic.
A small team shared the care, and each and every one was very professional, caring and considerate… I cannot speak highly enough of the care delivered by all members of the team, and would recommend them most heartily.
Bluebird Care helped me out when I was in a very difficult situation. I was unable to look after myself and my child because of sustaining an injury, and had also been recently bereaved. My family lived far away. The day after I contacted Bluebird Care, they came to see me, and the care started the day after that. Though I was not their usual client , they swung into action and were extremely flexible, helping out with everything I needed. The carers were always kind, ready to help and willing to do what I needed doing. They were also pleasant and friendly and made it easy for me to ask for the help I needed. The manager, Emily, came and saw me once a week to check how things were, and adjusted the level of care required. It was made very clear they wouldn't leave me with no support. They have been a lifeline to me and my child. I would highly recommend them to anybody needing care for themselves or their family.
I am highly satisfied with all the help and relationship with the staff of my domestic support supplier. Nothing in the way of reasonable, sensible requests is ever too much trouble for any of their employees I have had contact with. Thank you.
