Andreea Mehedintu

Office Care Supervisor

My name is Andreea Mehedintu and I am a college graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Management.

In the last 7 years I have gained considerable work experience in health and social care. Working closely with the customers and their families has made me eager to learn and develop my care  skills, knowledge and experience to provide the best care.

As a result of my work and the fulfilment from helping others I have volunteered to do many activities in care homes and churches. As well, I started to get involved in children’s education in Senegal and I provide English online classes as well as donating school supplies every year.

The silks and experience that I have gained form working in health and social care together with my studies have attracted me towards this role and have allowed me to grow towards my goal as a care supervisor carer.

Lynette Cronin

Care Coordinator

My name is Lynette and I've got over a decade's experience in care. Hospital, community, medical, I've done bits of everything in my quest to figure out a career path.

Finally, I've settled on completing my NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social care to eventually register with the CQC so that one day I'll be in a position to make a bigger difference in people's lives. I don't just care for the elderly; I advocate for them, especially where they might be unable to do so themselves. I started out as a Field Care Supervisor here and soon ended up in the not-so-unfamiliar Coordinator role, though I still make time to be out in the community as I enjoy being hands on.

If you join us, be it as a customer or employee, it won't be long until you're fed up with hearing me talk about my two horses and numerous exotic pets. In fact, I often ride past customers' houses on the weekends as I'm right at the centre of one of our hotspots.

My background has either been in the healthcare industry or as an exotic animal presenter and trainer, with horsey challenges sprinkled in. Life hasn't always been easy, and I've suffered tragic family events of my own. This really has given me a lot of empathy and understanding towards individuals and their families where a loss of independence and quality of life is affected either over time or suddenly overnight. Whatever the issue, I'm invested in figuring out a way to make things better for all. That includes our customers, carers and their loved ones. It's a tough industry and takes more skill and heart than many realize.
