Meet our team of care professionals

Sam Mortimer
Registered Care Manager

Sam has over 10 years of experience in Health Care, in various roles, two of which are Nursing and administration. She completed her Level 3 Diploma in Nursing and is committed to providing excellent service to all our customers and staff.

After many years of working in the care sector ranging from elderly care to mental health and substance misuse, she has joined Bluebird Care as an Administrator. She has been later promoted into the role of Care Manager.

Olivia Fox
Care Supervisor

Olivia has worked within the care industry for 8 years and has diverse experience. Olivia has worked within St James's Hospital, providing domiciliary care supported living and nursery work. Olivia has a BSc Counselling Psychology degree and is passionate about supporting individuals' mental health and wellbeing. Olivia joined Bluebird Care as a care mentor in April 2022 but progressed to Care Supervisor in November 2022.

 

Jessica Williams
Care Supervisor

Jessica has joined our team in January 2022. She is a qualified nurse and has over 11 years of experience in the care and nursing industries. Jessica is very passionate about people and aims to develop care assistants' skills to deliver high standards of care.

Benn Garrick
Administrator

Benn has a wide range of experience worked within the NHS for 3 Years (2 in a Medical Equipment Library, 1 in the Ambulance Service), this is following by many years of volunteering in Theatre Productions, Teaching Assistants in Primary Schools and Teaching English to non-native speakers in the community. In addition, I have taught myself to play a variety of musical instruments to varying degrees (aiding in the completion of Creative Music Technology Degree) and taken courses in Blind/Deaf Awareness resulting in competency for British Sign Language Level 1.

John Webber
Managing Director

John has a degree in Business Management and many years of experience as a Senior Director and in Management, providing high-quality services to demanding clients.


His passion for the care sector is shown throughout everything he does, and he motivates our team to provide the best service to our customers.

Victoria Webber
Director

Victoria has a BA Honours degree in Business Management and a Background in Customer service. She has a Passion for high quality service and has achieved her Level 5 Diploma in Management of Health and Social Care. Due to her passion and drive to deliver High Quality care and innovation, Victoria was named a finalist for the Young Franchisee of the year award at the 2017 national BFA Awards and continues to work towards building a exceptional company delivery exceptional service.
