From the very start Bluebird Care took the time to assess my needs and provide the service that I needed. They came out to my house, at a time convenient to me and did a full assessment. They were polite, professional and thorough.
On the day of my operation, they met me at the time and place we had arranged and stayed with me through the procedure and took me back to my house. At all times, I felt safe, secure and well looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bluebird Care to anyone.
Now that a little time has passed, I wanted to drop you a note to thank you and all your colleagues for all the wonderful care you provided for Mum over these last almost 4 years. We were very fortunate to have the services of lovely people such as JM, LC, EE, IS and many others, and we will always be grateful for the kindness that everyone showed to Mum and for the efforts you guys in the office made to ensure that everything ran as smoothly as possible. I want to let you know how impressed I am with Bluebird Care Haringey. They have been supporting a service user who pays privately for their services and they have in my opinion been outstanding. Omobola the Care Manager has been proactive in her approach, making appointments for hearing aids, hairdressers and getting the washing machine replaced. She has also gone above and beyond by contacting the GP and organising medication for the lady.

I just wanted to say how satisfied we were with J’s care of X during the time she spent with us. She was patient with him and took great care when bathing him to ensure that he was comfortable and thoroughly washed. She was invaluable when he first returned home from hospital and needed a lot of help and encouraged him to gradually do more for himself as he improved. She took a personal interest in his well being which was refreshing and it was reassuring and comforting for me to know that I could trust her to do her utmost for him.
They built up a good rapport and I know that X will miss seeing her; although naturally we hope that we will not need her again, if the need does arise I would have no hesitation in asking you to provide her services to us again. In fact I don’t think that X would settle for anyone else!
Please ensure that J knows how much we appreciated her services; although we did thank her, I should like her to have formal recognition of this.

My mother has been with Bluebird Care since 2015, and she has advanced dementia and requires high level of care. The carers are very caring and look after my mum very well. Omobola works very hard ensuring mum gets the best care and is excellent in organising my respite hours as I like to have along day out. She always manages to do my request. I have also had to have hours at short notice and Omobola has always made sure I can get to them.
