Last week I met with the partner of a patient who was cared for by your Hammersmith and Fulham carers back in Feb 2019. He came home from hospital for end-of-life care.

His partner was full of praise for the Bluebird Care team. She reported that the staff were very caring and supportive.

I thought you would like to hear this positive feedback.

Just to say we were very impressed by S's all round care and attention she gave A whilst appropriately interacting with others and really being part of the team.

We would be very happy if she was a regular carer with us for A. 

C.M has been caring for my husband since September 2014 after he was released from Hammersmith and Fulham reablement programme following his hospitalisation in July 2014. He has advanced parkinson's Disease and his immobility is extremenly limited - he is bed and wheel chair bound.

C.M is an exemplary carer. She is highly capable, caring, hard working and uses her initiative when confronted with a problem.

My husband "comes alive" when she visits each morning and evening. Indeed, we specifically requested to have C.M as a carer since we rated her above other carers and because my husband responded so positively to her care.

I highly recommend her as a carer.

I would like to thank the carers S and B. They have done amazing job looking after our customer Mrs P.B and her family at this difficult time. They have no words to express how grateful they are for all the carers.

Wow, B is a real trooper, isn't she? She's amazing. We are so pleased to have her. We will keep in touch regarding the end of the week  and the upcoming weeks.

Mum seems very happy and content at the moment. Please pass on our thanks to the carers who had to work around the carpet layers yesterday for being patient and understanding of the situation.

I just wanted to say what a lovely, patient and competent carer J is. She is a breath of fresh air! She has a lovely manner and is exactly what K needs. K has had a n awful lot of carers and J is the first carer (except M of course) who FINALLY, has a sense of humour.

K often plays around with the carers and jokes with them, some of the jokes can be a little too close to the bone, carers often take offence, however J is different, because she GETS IT!! Which amazes me!! She gets K's jokes and they have a lovely banter together, J manages to make K laugh!

I must say that so far I am really pleased with J, in fact I would go as far as to say that I am delighted with her. K also likes her very much and looks forward to her coming. Long may J remain with the agency. Good carers are rare and so hard to find. J is a little gem!!
