Claire has been fantastic. She works brilliantly with mum and dad and they both seem so much happier having someone they can easily chat with. It's made a big difference that they are able to go out e.g. to the garden centre to give them a change of scene. Claire has been proactive with things like sorting out problems with hearing aids etc. which reduces the burden. Honestly it's a revelation compared to our Corinium experiences.
