Ingrid the carer is doing really well with my monther. She understands my mum's needs and has been a great help with mental stimulation for my mum. Ingrid is always very cheerful and upbeat and is very easy to get along with. My mum has got used to her very quickly. My dad and I are very happy for Ingrid to spend time with my mum.
