Bluebird Care Coleraine is an outstanding provider of care.  Without exception, the staff are caring and professional.  Nothing is ever too much trouble abd they work hard to ensure that my father is comfortable and happy. They engage with him with great empathy and his face lights up when they arrive.  The staff are highly efficient.  They have been quick to notice any potential medical issues and we have acted together to address them.  The Live-in care service is a recent addition to my father's care and has been highly beneficial as he is never on his own which means that he is able to remain in his own home.  His live-in companion works hard to ensure his comfort and safety and has provided an additional level of care and mental stimulus.  The benefit of home-cooked food is great nutritionally and tailored to Dad's likes encourages him to eat.  The personal interaction and reasurance of his companion is excellent as it gives a more normal life in addition to continuity of care.  The entire care team work together and provide an excellent service.  I feel involved in and informed about my father's care and have found communication both with and between the carers to be highly effective.  I have absolute confidence in Bluebird Care Coleraine and would recommend them to anyone seeking compassionate care delivered in a professional and empathetic manner

Since asking Bluebird to get my husband, who has dementia, out of bed, washed or bathed, dressed, shaved, I have felt that although they were there for him, they also included me.  They are all truly like friends coming in.  They ask how I am and listen to me.  After they have seen to my husband, if there is time we have a chat.  They treat my husband with great care and consideration, talking to him and jollying him along.  The Bluebirds are definitely carers, but are so much more-friends!  Bluebird are as near perfect as possible as far as I am concerned.
