I am writing to say how pleased we are with the service provided by Bluebird care, begun by J discussing our requirements.

Our regular carers, S, R and C are extremely thorough, capable and work to a high standard. They always arrive with a cheerful greeting and address my husband by name. In fact in my opinion C would make an excellent trainer and we shall be very sorry to lose her services due to maternity leave.

I should also like to mention the emergency call operator yesterday, S, who answered calmly and within minutes, had located a care team to come. I am pleased to say it was S and C who arrived within minutes to deal with a difficult situation with their usual calm competence.

Please would you pass on my many thanks and appreciation to the team, especially those I have mentioned by name.

I just want to thank BlueBird Care for everything you do for my dad.

Not living close by (I live in Nottingham), knowing that my dad is receiving high quality care from his team of carers is very reassuring. Words can't express adequately how grateful I am for everything the team does for my dad, and the support you also give my mum.

I managed to see them both on Christmas Day, which was just wonderful. Meeting two of his carers that day was fantastic. Working over the festive season is never easy (I know, I've done it) and yet they were professional and cheerful throughout their visit.

I know how difficult things have been since Covid-19, and yet BlueBird and my dads team of carers have managed to maintain a high level of care throughout. I appreciate how tired everyone must be feeling, and yet they continue to work - I cannot thank each and everyone of them enough.

My thoughts are with you all and I hope you stay safe and well.
