We truly believe that care matters. We are committed to providing the highest quality homecare in Bury St. Edmunds & Stowmarket enabling our customers to continue to be, safe and cared for, at home.
We are able to provide you with a service from an hour a day all the way through to full time live in care and/or a waking night service. Whatever your requirements we can work with you to deliver a care package that completely meets your requirements.
Our carefully selected care team have been trained and given the skills to manage complex care situations. We also specialise in providing packages where two carers are required.
What makes our homecare services different?
We put you first. We aim to provide you with the same standard of care that we would expect for our own families. This means valuing each person’s unique qualities and seeing them as an individual, not as a list of care needs.
Our care team are trained to deliver our services in the way that you want them on each visit, not just completing a list of tasks.
Our office based Supervisors and Co-Ordinators work efficiently to ensure that your visit is always covered, and, just as importantly, the majority of your visits will be with the same carer(s).
The Management team are available for you to talk to on the telephone, and will also come and visit you to check that you are totally happy with the service that you are receiving.
We would like to say thank you to all the carers who visited my Mother, but particularly Cristina and Cosmin who were her regular carers and who were both so kind, cheerful, calm and considerate to her needs. They also keep us informed of any concerns which they had for her and were always very caring and considerate to us also. We know that it if it hadn’t been for their excellent standards of care that she would not have been able to carry on living at home.
I don't know how we would have managed without your care workers. Not only did they care for Dad, but for me too. Every one of them was professional and caring and kind and completely trustworthy. I felt complete confidence in the care they gave to him.
