The carers are marvellous, very sweet and efficient. You train them beautifully. They're always polite and bright, one of them walked in singing the other day. They're never really late and we don't mind a few minutes anyway. We can do nothing but praise them. They are a very good advertisement for the company.

I would like to say that the care staff are trained incredibly well, they are so efficient & caring, nothing is ever too much trouble. We couldn't be happier, we are very very pleased, they are all so lovely and come in like a bit of spring. You can tell they love their job and working with you.
